James C. Frogale

james-frogaleJames C. Frogale is a skilled litigator who is committed to representing the rights of injured people. He is experienced in many areas of personal injury law, including: motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death.

James works tirelessly for his clients.  In 2015, he was recognized in "National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40," a professional organization comprised of America's top young trial lawyers.

James grew up in Northern Virginia.He received his B.A. in Government and International Politics from George Mason University and his J.D., with honors, from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. In law school, he was a senior associate editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review.  He also represented Cooley in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition and the Whittier Law School Juvenile Moot Court Competition.

James is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

James serves his community in a variety of roles. He is active in the Fairfax Bar Association and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
